We celebrate life in our expansive Himalayan Retreat, where you can amble along, tranquil tea gardens, farmlands, verdant green forests- home of exotic birds...And of course the stupendous Himalayas encircling the retreat. In all, The Buransh Retreat is a resort with 19 suites - all ultra spacious with full length glass windows, specially designed to give guests a sweeping view of the Himalayas from every room. Even in the coldest weather you can be cozy with an electric blanket and enjoy the view for hours with a hot cup of coffee or tea with your very own electric kettle and sachets provided in your room.To keep in touch with the world outside you can switch on the 32" LCD TV with satellite connection. "The Buransh Retreat at Kausani is the first project of Kumaon Vistas Pvt Ltd.This pristine Himalayan Retreat endeavors to promote tourism through art and culture in Uttarakhand , India.

DELUXE ROOM

Situated on the upper floors of the resort, they overlook the sweep of the Baijnath valley. Some Deluxe suites have windows on two sides for an even better view.

FAMILY SUITE

Perched on the topmost floor of the resort, the family suite offers abounding space and stunning views of the comfortably hemmed in the valley, rolling pine forest and mountains dotted with charming examples of Kumaoni architecture.

Terms and Conditions:

• Check-In time is 1:00 PM and Check-Out Time is 11 AM
• Early Checkin In any hotel or resort is subject to availability.
• All Government Taxes are charged additionally and will be levied as per the charges prevalent during the time of the stay. In case of advance remittances, the additional tax amount, if any, will be collected directly at the time of check-out.
• All hotel(s) charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement on Christmas and New Year's eve. Other special supplements may also be applicable during festival periods such as Independence Day, Dusshera, Diwali etc. Any such charge would have to be cleared directly at the hotel(s).
• Pets are allowed but in pet friendly resorts only not all resorts.
• Any Damage in resort premise by client has to bear extra cost.
• Use of swimming pool and and recreational activities is guided by resort manager.Swimming costumes is compulsory & has to be taken from resort at extra cost.

Child Policy
