ABOUT The Cliff Top Club

A luxurious ski resort, located in the Garhwal Himalayas of the northern Indian state of Uttaranchal. At more than 10,000 ft. above mean sea level Cliff Top is literally at the top of the world, [being the second highest located resort in the world] and the only skiing resort in Asia which is located right on the ski slope.

THE STUDIO ROOM

The Studio Room is ideally meant for a couple. Total Studio Rooms : 22 Room Size : Appx. 342 sq. ft.

THE SINGLE ROOM

One Bedroom Apartment (Luxury Suite) is ideally meant for a family (2+2) and has a bedroom with a living room having 6x6 sofa cum bed separated by a door. Total Luxury Suite : 18 (16 normal + 2 Duplex) Room Size : Appx. 245 sq. ft. (Bedroom), 325 sq. ft. (Living Room) - Normal Appx. 190 sq. ft. (Bedroom), 336 sq. ft. (Living Room) - Duplex

THE FAMILY SUITE

Two Bedroom Apartment (Luxury Family Suite) is ideally meant for a family of 5-6 people and has a bedroom on the top, another bedroom on the down floor plus a third living room on the down floor. Both ground floor bedroom and living room are separated by a door. It has two attached bathrooms. Total Luxury Family Suite : 2 Room Size : Appx. 120 sq. ft. (Bedroom), 572 sq. ft. (Living Room), 140 sq. ft. (second Bedroom).

Terms and Conditions:

• Check-In time is 1:00 PM and Check-Out Time is 11 AM
• Early Checkin In any hotel or resort is subject to availability.
• All Government Taxes are charged additionally and will be levied as per the charges prevalent during the time of the stay. In case of advance remittances, the additional tax amount, if any, will be collected directly at the time of check-out.
• All hotel(s) charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement on Christmas and New Year's eve. Other special supplements may also be applicable during festival periods such as Independence Day, Dusshera, Diwali etc. Any such charge would have to be cleared directly at the hotel(s).
• Pets are allowed but in pet friendly resorts only not all resorts.
• Any Damage in resort premise by client has to bear extra cost.
• Use of swimming pool and and recreational activities is guided by resort manager.Swimming costumes is compulsory & has to be taken from resort at extra cost.
