Our 270-square-foot well appointed Superior Rooms feature modern décor, soothing warm colors, plush duvets, international standard mattress and high quality bathroom amenities. Being part of the Main Block, the Superior Rooms on the first floor have a bay window and rooms on the second floor have an attached balcony to enjoy the views. Rooms are furnished with your choice of king bed or two queen beds offering a view of either Hotel deck area or scenic mountain range.

Premium Room

Our 350-square-foot well appointed Premium Rooms features modern décor, soothing warm colors, plush duvets, international standard mattress and high quality bathroom amenities. Rooms on the ground floor have a walk in wardrobe, private sit out and rooms on the first floor have a private balcony. This block has been recently added to the Hotel inventory is very popular among guests Rooms are furnished with king bed and have a view of the scenic mountain ranges. These Rooms are ideal to sit outside and soak in the sun.

One Bed Room Suite

At La Niwasa, we have 31 tastefully decorated rooms and suites facing the magnificent & lush-green Nainital hills. All rooms are equipped with flat screen television sets and have an ensuite bathroom. The hotel in-room service will pamper you further for an incredible stay in Nainital.

Two Bedroom Suite

Our spacious Two Bed Room Suites feature modern décor, soothing warm colors, plush duvets, international standard mattress and high quality bathroom amenities. The Suites are located on the first floor and offer two bedrooms with independent attached toilets, a common sitting area and different views. Both the rooms are furnished with king beds and are ideal for a family which can accommodate up to 5 people with extra bed.

• Check-In time is 1:00 PM and Check-Out Time is 11 AM
• Early Checkin In any hotel or resort is subject to availability.
• All Government Taxes are charged additionally and will be levied as per the charges prevalent during the time of the stay. In case of advance remittances, the additional tax amount, if any, will be collected directly at the time of check-out.
• All hotel(s) charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement on Christmas and New Year's eve. Other special supplements may also be applicable during festival periods such as Independence Day, Dusshera, Diwali etc. Any such charge would have to be cleared directly at the hotel(s).
• Pets are allowed but in pet friendly resorts only not all resorts.
• Any Damage in resort premise by client has to bear extra cost.
• Use of swimming pool and and recreational activities is guided by resort manager.Swimming costumes is compulsory & has to be taken from resort at extra cost.
