ABOUT Corbett Holiday Tour with 1 Jeep safari

Note :

1. The above-mentioned Package is not valid for the long weekend, any festive holiday, Christmas, or New Year.
2. The above-mentioned trip must be booked at least two days prior to your travel date.

Conditions of use:

1. In All hotels base category room will be provided.

2. Upgrading a room will cost extra and must be paid directly to the hotel.

3. Check-in time is 01:00 PM noon, and check-out time is 11:00 AM.

4. Please ensure that the right age of the guests is entered at the time of booking. Travellers who provide a false age may incur penalty at the time of travelling. 

5. In Case of non availability of the rooms in mentioned hotel we shall provide similar standard hotel.

6. If there are three people, one room with one extra mattress will be given.

7. Any changes in government taxes, hotel fees, safari fees, and so on will be communicated to you by email or phone before to your trip.

8. The company will not be held liable for any baggage accident, loss/theft, or damage. We retain the right to adjust the itinerary and safari as operational or other conditions dictate.

Cancellation, no-show, and early departure policies:

If you must postpone or cancel your tour/travel for any unavoidable reason, you must notify us in writing. Please ensure that cancellation costs are applied as of the day we receive your written notice. the following cancellation policy would be applicable.

1. 30 Days prior to arrival - 10% of the tour cost. 
2. 15 to 29 days before arrival - 30% of  tour cost.. 
3. 05 to 14 days before arrival - 50% of the tour cost.
4. 70% of the trip fee if booked between 02 to 04 days before arrival. 
5. NO REFUND if you cancel within 48 hours or do not show up. 
6. The Jeep Safari and Canter Safari fees are non-refundable. As per Corbett Tiger Reserve Guidelines.
7. Dhikala Booking is 100% Non Refundable. As per Corbett Tiger Reserve Guidelines.
8. If there are three people, one room with one Extra mattress will be given. 
9. Any changes in government taxes, hotel fees, safari fees, and so on will be communicated to you by email or phone before to your trip. 

• Important Note: If your safari is not booked due to factors such as a technical fault or seat availability, we will return the whole fee to your provided bank account. This would be communicated appropriately. 
• Peak season: weekends or weekdays (Holi, Diwali, X'Mas & New Year) hotel/Forest Lodge reservations are subject to a specific cancellation policy (which would be advised as and when required). 
• Our Liability and Restrictions: Please keep in mind that once you confirm the tour/service pricing, any increases in permission fees for safaris/museums, taxes, fuel costs, or guide charges set by the Government of India would be charged as additional. 
• Force Force majeure events, strikes, fairs, festivals, weather conditions, traffic issues, overbooking of hotels, closure of / admission restrictions at a tourist attraction, and so on. Although we will try our utmost to make appropriate substitute arrangements, we will not be held accountable for any refunds or compensation claims resulting from this. 
• In the event of a disagreement, the courts in New Delhi will have exclusive jurisdiction.

Payment Terms:

1. Holasa Travels accepts payment by Credit Card, Debit Card, and Direct Deposit.
2. Please only make payments into corporate accounts.
3. Visitors may pay 50% in advance to hold the booking on a confirmed basis, with the remaining 50% due upon arrival/starting the trip.
4. Travelers may pay the full price to secure their booking and get further discounts.
5. Travelers agree to pay all relevant statutory taxes, surcharges, and fees.
